NOTICE TO BARGAINING AGENTS. Prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall satisfy any requirement for notice of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement under applicable collective bargaining agreements, and shall provide TCI on Schedule 7.5 with proof that any required notice has been sent.
