Notice to New Employer. For a period of one year after the date of termination of Employee’s employment with HHG for any reason, the Employee agrees that he/she will bring the terms of this agreement to the attention of his/her new employer.
Notice to New Employer. For a period of one year after the date of termination of Executive’s employment with Xxxxxx for any reason, the Executive agrees that Executive will bring the terms of this agreement to the attention of Executive’s new employer.
Notice to New Employer. Executive agrees that, prior to the commencement of any new employment or consultation with a person or entity in any business in which the Company operated during Executive’s employment, he will advise the person or entity of the terms of Section 7 of this Agreement. The Executive also agrees that the Company may advise any new or prospective employer of the existence and terms of this Agreement and may furnish said employer or consultant with a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
Notice to New Employer. I will provide a copy of this Agreement to any person, firm, association, or corporation that I intend to be employed by, associated with, or provide consulting services for in order to insure compliance with this Agreement. I understand that both the Company and I have the right to provide another party an opinion about interpretation and/or application of this Agreement; I consent to such communications, and agree not to assert a claim of wrongdoing by the Company as a result of such a communication.
Notice to New Employer. Executive will, prior to accepting employment with any new employer, inform that employer of this Agreement and provide that employer with a copy of Article 8 of this Agreement.
Notice to New Employer. The Employee agrees to notify any subsequent employer or prospective employer of his/her obligations under this Agreement.

If and when Participant's employment with Company terminates, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, Participant agrees to provide to any subsequent employer a copy of this Agreement. In addition, Participant authorizes Company to provide a copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to, Participant's subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employer.

Consultant agrees that prior to the commencement of any new employment or consultation with a person or entity in any business similar to or in competition with the Business, he will advise the person or entity of the terms of Section 2 of this Agreement. Consultant also agrees that the Company may advise any new or prospective employer or partner of the existence and terms of this Agreement and may furnish said employer or partner with a copy of the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
Notice to New Employer. For a period of one year after the date of termination of Employee’s employment with Hxxxxx for any reason, the Employee agrees that he/she will bring the terms of this agreement to the attention of his/her new employer.
