Common use of Notice to State Clause in Contracts

Notice to State. Whenever written legal notice is required to be given by the Union to the Employer such notice shall be given to the Agency Head or designee. 18.1. Waiver by either Party of the other's non-performance or violations of any term or condition of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other non performance or violation of any other term or conditions of this Agreement, or of the same non-performance or violation in the future. 19.1. Employees shall be entitled to all the rights and benefits provided by this Agreement.
