Notice to Subsequent Employers. You agree that the Company may provide notice of your obligations under any provision of this Agreement to any company or future employer of yours should the Company consider it necessary for the enforcement of those obligations.
Notice to Subsequent Employers. Upon commencing any engagement as a service provider (whether as an employee, independent contractor or otherwise) during the Restricted Period, Executive shall expressly advise each new employer and each other new recipient of Executive’s services (each, a “Service Recipient”) of Executive’s continuing obligations to the Company under this Agreement and, in particular, this Section 10. Further, Executive hereby consents to the Company providing such notification to each such Service Recipient.
Notice to Subsequent Employers. Executive agrees that, prior to commencing any new employment in the Core Business within twelve months after the termination of this Agreement, Executive will furnish the new employer with a copy of this Agreement. Executive also agrees that Luminex may advise any new or prospective employer of the existence and terms of this Agreement and furnish the employer with a copy of this Agreement.
Notice to Subsequent Employers. For a period of two years after termination of his employment with the Company, Employee will inform any prospective new employer (before accepting employment) of the terms of this Agreement. In addition, it is agreed that the terms of this Agreement are not confidential, and that the Company may disclose the provisions of this Agreement, without any liability whatsoever, to any person, including, without limitation, one that is engaged in a business relationship with Employee, and may indicate that it is believed that Employee is in violation of this Agreement.
Notice to Subsequent Employers. Executive agrees that, prior to commencing any new employment in the Core Business within twenty-four (24) months after the termination of this Agreement (as extended on a day-for-day basis pursuant to the last sentence of Section 5.5), Executive will notify Luminex and furnish the new employer with a copy of this Agreement. Executive also agrees that Luminex may advise any new or prospective employer of the existence and terms of this Agreement and furnish the employer with a copy of this Agreement for a period not to exceed (24) months after the termination of this Agreement (as extended on a day-for-day basis pursuant to the last sentence of Section 5.5).
Notice to Subsequent Employers. Before Employee is hired or engaged by any other person or entity that performs services that are the same as or are similar to the Company’s services (“Similar Services”), Employee shall provide a complete copy of this Agreement to the person or entity to or for which or whom Employee intends to provide services. Employee hereby authorizes the Company to provide a copy of this Agreement to any person or entity providing Similar Services that the Company believes may hire or engage Employee.

Notice to Subsequent Employers. Executive agrees that, prior to commencing any new employment in a business competitive with that of any NMHC Entity within twelve (12) months after the termination of this Agreement, Executive will furnish the new employer with a copy of Sections 4.1 through 4.10 of this Agreement. Executive also agrees that NMHC may advise any new or prospective employer of the existence and terms of this Agreement and furnish the employer with a copy of the portions of this Agreement containing this Section 4.
