If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.
Notice to the Union At the time notice of displacement is issued, a copy of the notice shall be sent to the Union xxxxxxx.
CONTRACTOR’S RELATION TO THE STATE In the performance of this Agreement the Contractor is in all respects an independent contractor, and is neither an agent nor an employee of the State. Neither the Contractor nor any of its officers, employees, agents or members shall have authority to bind the State or receive any benefits, workers’ compensation or other emoluments provided by the State to its employees.
NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.
Xxxxxxxx’s Notice Address The address to which Lender will send Borrower notice (“Notice Address”) will be the Property Address unless Xxxxxxxx has designated a different address by written notice to Lender. If Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx have agreed that notice may be given by Electronic Communication, then Borrower may designate an Electronic Address as Notice Address. Borrower will promptly notify Lender of Xxxxxxxx’s change of Notice Address, including any changes to Borrower’s Electronic Address if designated as Notice Address. If Lender specifies a procedure for reporting Xxxxxxxx’s change of Notice Address, then Borrower will report a change of Notice Address only through that specified procedure.
Notification to the Union The Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the Employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.
Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.
Superintendent of Schools The duly appointed executive officer of the Owner authorized to act by and through The School Board of Broward County, Florida. Referred to hereinafter as the Superintendent.
Notice of Union Representative Visits The Union shall inform the Company when any representative of the Union intends to visit the worksite for the purpose of conducting Union business. Such visits will not disrupt employees working without the supervisor/manager’s permission.
