Either party may at any time designate a different Representative or address for the purposes of receiving notices or other communications under this Agreement, provided that such designation is communicated in writing to the other parties. Both parties acknowledge that electronic transmission of information cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free and such information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete or otherwise be adversely affected or unsafe to use. The parties shall not have any liability to each other arising from or in connection with the electronic communication of information. Both parties, acting reasonably, shall assess whether to use hard copy transmission for information that relates to a matter of significance.
