Communication of InformationThe Bank shall be entitled, should it deem it necessary, to pass on to any commercial bank, financial institution or merchant any information relative to the Cardholder in case of improper or fraudulent use of Card by him, or in order to facilitate recovery of some in case of loss, theft or suspected abstraction and the Cardholder hereby expressly and unreservedly authorises disclosure of such information.

Communication of Information. 1. Each customs administration shall supply to the other, either on request or on its own initiative, all available information that may help to ensure proper application of customs law and the prevention, investigation and combating of customs offences. 2. Assistance provided in accordance with this Agreement shall, on request, include the provision of information to ensure the correct determination of customs value. 3. In serious cases that could involve substantial damage to the economy, public health, public security or any other vital interest of a Party, the customs administration of the other Party shall, wherever possible, supply such information on its own initiative without delay. 4. In the case of a request, if the customs administration of the requested Party does not have the information asked for, it shall at its own discretion make enquiries to obtain that information in accordance with the provisions of its customs law. 5. Upon request, the requested administration shall supply to the requesting administration information concerning instances where the latter has reason to doubt the information supplied by the person concerned in the customs matter. 6. Each customs administration shall supply to the other: (a) lists of goods that are likely to be the subject of illegal trafficking between their respective territories; (b) information on activities that are or appear to be a violation or attempted violation of customs law within the territory of the other Party; and (c) information on means of transport in respect of which there are reasonable grounds for believing that they have been, are, or may be used in violation or attempted violation of customs law. 7. Upon request, the requested administration shall supply to the requesting administration information concerning the following matters: (a) whether goods that are imported into the territory of the requesting Party have been lawfully exported from the territory of the requested Party; (b) whether goods that are exported from the territory of the requesting Party have been lawfully imported into the territory of the requested Party and the nature of the customs procedure, if any, under which the goods have been placed. 8. Communication of Information. 1. The Customs administrations shall supply, either on request or on their own initiative, any information that may contribute to ensure the proper application of Customs law and in order to prevent, investigate and combat Customs offences. 2. Each Customs administration shall, either on request or on its own initiative, supply all available information, records of evidence or certified copies of documents as well as any other available information related to concluded, planned or ongoing activities, which constitute or appear to constitute a Customs offence in the territories of the other Signatory Parties, together with the necessary information for its interpretation or utilisation. 3. The aforementioned documents may be substituted with electronic information for the same objective.

Such delivery of information by the Issuer or access by a Bondholder (or holder of beneficial interests in the Bonds) to IntraLinks or such other similar electronic system shall be subject to the condition that such Bondholder (or such holder of beneficial interests in the Bonds) shall have executed and delivered to the Issuer or another member of the Group, as the case may be, a confidentiality agreement in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Instrument on terms customary for transactions of this nature. (ii) The Issuer shall not be obligated to deliver any confidential reports or other confidential information to any Bondholders (or any holder of beneficial interests in the Bonds) who has not executed and delivered to the Issuer or another member of the Group, as the case may be, a confidentiality agreement in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Instrument.

Each customs administration shall, on its own initiative, or upon request, supply to the other customs administration reports, records of evidence, or certified copies of documents giving all available information on transactions, completed or planned, which constitute or appear to constitute a customs offence. All relevant information for the interpretation or utilisation of the material shall be supplied at the same time. 7. Original files and documents shall be requested only in cases where certified copies would be insufficient; provided that those files and documents which have been transmitted shall be returned at the earliest opportunity.
