- Notification of Discipline/Discharge. The City agrees to provide written notice to the Xxxxxxx involved upon discipline, and to the Xxxxxxx and Union upon suspension or discharge of an employee, citing specific charges against such employee in all cases. The City further agrees that the employee will be allowed to discuss the discipline, suspension, or discharge with the Xxxxxxx, and the Department Head will make available an area where this may be done before the employee is required to leave the property of the City unless the employee is unruly or is a threat to other employees.
