Notification of Employee Status. The Employer shall notify the Union president of hirings, transfers, changes in hours, and termination of employees within a reasonable time of such changes. By September 30 of each year, the Employer will provide to the WOTA President, via e-mail and attached Excel document, a complete listing of bargaining unit members that includes the following: 1. First and Last Name 2. Start date of employment
