Notification of occupational accidents. During the provision of the services and as part of the documentation related to the fulfilment of its labour obligations, on the occasion of an occupational accident affecting the personnel of its company involved in the execution of the Contract signed with ENEL, the Contractor must submit to ENEL'S Health and Safety Unit:  Warning to the safety post: All occupational accidents which may take place must be immediately notified to the on-call safety post of the corresponding ENEL'S Health and Safety Unit.  Notification of the incident before the Labour Risk Insurance Company: The Contractor must submit (via fax) a copy of the accident notification carried out before the Labour Risk Insurance Company, within 5 (five) days following the notification.  Report: The Contractor must submit, within 5 (five) days following the accident, a detailed report thereof. In said report, all the elements that may help to analyse said accident, and contribute to the study of the causes and consequences thereof must be indicated. Such a report must contain pictures, witness statements, description of the procedures carried out, requests of works, requests of facilities, protocols, etc. Subsequently, ENEL shall notify the Contractor the conclusion it has reached after the analysis that shall carry out on the base of the above mentioned report.  Monthly statistical information on accident rate: On a monthly basis and within the first 5 (five) days of each month, the Contractor must notify ENEL'S Prevention Coordination the monthly and accumulated data referred to:  Number of man hours worked (classified by area).  Number of accidents, indicating the cause thereof.  Number of lost workdays due to the accidents, indicating the number of days of absence of each injured worker.  Form and nature of the injury and zone affected for each injured worker.  Frequency rates.  Severity rates.  Additional requirements: All information and/or documentation required by ENEL not included herein must be submitted within 5 (five) days following the request.

  • Termination of Occupancy Upon termination of occupancy of a County Assisted Unit by a Tenant, such Unit will be deemed to be continuously occupied by a household of the same income level as the initial income level of the vacating Tenant, until such unit is reoccupied, at which time categorization of the Unit will be established based on the occupancy requirements of Section 2.1.

  • DELAY OF OCCUPANCY If the Premises will not be ready for occupancy by Lessee on the Lease Commencement Date, UTA shall give notice thereof to Lessee and indicate the anticipated date possession of the Premises will be delivered to Lessee. In such case, Lessee shall have the right to terminate the Lease upon written notice to UTA within 7 days after delivery of such notice, but not thereafter. If UTA fails to give notice of delay as set forth above and the Premises are not ready for occupancy by Lessee on the Lease Commencement Date, Lessee may terminate this Lease upon written notice to UTA given prior to the date Lessee is notified the Premises are ready for occupancy, but not thereafter. If, in either case, Lessee does not terminate this Lease, (i) the date the Premises are ready for Lessee’s occupancy shall be deemed the new Lease Commencement Date for all purposes; and (ii) UTA shall not be liable to Lessee for any damages arising from the delay in delivery of the Premises to Lessee, provided that Rent shall be abated as to any period prior to delivery of the Premises to Lessee. If Lessee elects to terminate this Lease, Lessee’s sole remedies in such event shall be to obtain a refund of the Deposit and any pre-paid Rent previously delivered to UTA. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section to the contrary, the rights of Lessee under this section shall not be applicable to any cleaning or repair of the Premises that do not materially interfere with Lessee’s occupancy of the Premises on the Lease Commencement Date.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH By submission of a bid in response to this solicitation, the Bidder certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their bid meets all OSHA requirements. Bidder further certifies that if they are the awarded Contractor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).

  • Safety, breakdowns and accidents 17.5.1 The Concessionaire shall ensure safe conditions for the Users and passengers, and in the event of unsafe conditions, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures and undertake removal of obstruction and debris without delay. Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.

  • Period of Occupancy The student may occupy an assigned room at the time specified by the university each semester. If the student fails to occupy the room by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes, the university reserves the right to reassign the space or initiate a contract cancellation. However, failure to occupy an assigned space does not automatically release the student from contractual obligation. Occupancy of the room must be relinquished at the completion of the contract. University housing facilities are closed during the periods between semesters, the Thanksgiving holiday and spring break. Residents who are not graduating are required to check out of their residence halls within 24 hours after their last exam but no later than 5:00p.m. on the last day of the exam schedule.

  • Certificate of Occupancy The Contractor’s obligation under the Contract is to install the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from the State Fire Marshal or his deputy, and forward it to the Design Professional as a part of the final close out procedures. The Design Professional’s obligation is to design the Work to comply with the applicable codes and to qualify for a Certificate of Occupancy.
