Notification of Partners. When a Partner wishes to modify the MOU, the Partner must first provide written notification to all signatories of the existing MOU and outline the proposed modification(s).
Notification of Partners. The Region VI Workforce Development Board Chair (or designee) must notify all Parties in writing that it is necessary to renew and execute the MOU and provide all applicable policies and preceding MOU documents, as applicable.

The TMP shall keep all Partners apprised of the status of all administrative and judicial proceedings regarding the determination of Partnership tax items, including, without limitation, the commencement of an audit, settlement offers proposed by the Internal Revenue Service and the status of any litigation. Information Distribution The Chair of the Lackawanna County WDB (or designee) will distribute all MOU/lFA/Operating Budget information to all required and optional American Job Center Partners to ensure a comprehensive notification and to ensure that, at a minimum, all American Job Center Partners within the Lackawanna County WDA are appropriately represented. The dissemination of information will occur in a timely manner to allow for all steps to be conducted in good faith and in an open and transparent environment. Negotiations Following the dissemination of information, Partners must submit all relevant signatory documents to the Lackawanna County WDB Chair (or designee) for finalization purposes. Additional formal or informal meetings may during the MOU time frame, so long as they are conducted in an open and transparent manner, with pertinent information provided to all Parties.
Notification of Partners. Employers’ Training Resource (ETR), the fiscal and administrative agent for XXX WDB notified all colocated and non-colocated Partners in writing that it was necessary to negotiate the terms and conditions of the MOU II, negotiate the IFA and execute the MOU II.
