Notification of Partners. When a Partner wishes to modify the MOU, the Partner must first provide written notification to all signatories of the existing MOU and outline the proposed modification(s).
Notification of Partners. The Region VI Workforce Development Board Chair (or designee) must notify all Parties in writing that it is necessary to renew and execute the MOU and provide all applicable policies and preceding MOU documents, as applicable.

The TMP shall keep all Partners apprised of the status of all administrative and judicial proceedings regarding the determination of Partnership tax items, including, without limitation, the commencement of an audit, settlement offers proposed by the Internal Revenue Service and the status of any litigation. The TMP shall not enter into a settlement agreement with the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of any Partner without such Partner's consent.

Notification of Partners. Within three (3) weeks of receipt of the draft MOU, all Parties must review and return feedback to the Chair of the PacMtn Board of Directors (or designee). It is the responsibility of the Chair of the PacMtn Board of Directors (or designee) to ensure all One Workforce Partners to the MOU are aware of the comments and revisions that are needed. (3rd quarter of the program year, but no later than March 10th)
