Notification of Return to Work. 6.15.1 Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, a member on any leave of absence shall notify the appropriate management person of the approximate date the member intends to return to service and verify the exact date as soon as it is known, but in no case later than 1:30 P.M. of the work day prior to the member's return to service. 6.15.2 If the member fails to so notify the appropriate management person in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph and a substitute reports for service, the unit member shall remain and complete the work day.
