Common use of Notification of Return to Work Clause in Contracts

Notification of Return to Work. When the employee is ready and available to return to work, the Employee will give written notification to METRO of their intent to return. METRO shall place the employee back in service within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the written notification.
