Association Obligations. The Association shall be responsible for requiring unit members to fulfill obligations defined herein and to collect any representation fees which may be due and payable to the Association in consideration for its services as the exclusive representative of unit employees.
Association Obligations. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Association grants to Participant a license, in each case subject to the Rules, to:
(1) Display the IDX Data on Participant/Subscriber public website and using application for mobile devices that said participating Broker and R.E. Subscribers control, and
(2) Make copies of the IDX Data to the extent necessary to deliver the IDX Data to consumers on Participant/Subscriber's public website and using application for mobile devices that said participating Broker and R.E.
Association Obligations. The Association shall comply with the following:
Association Obligations. All employees covered by this Agreement on its effective date and new employees hired after the date shall either: (a) become Association members and maintain membership in the Association by the payment of regular dues through payroll deduction; (b) pay a fair share amount in-lieu-of dues without becoming an Association member by payroll deduction to the Association, as reimbursement for the costs of negotiations and administration of the contract, in an amount determined by the Association; or (c) employees with bona fide religious objections shall notify the Association of a desire to pay an equal amount equivalent to regular monthly Association dues to a non-religious charity or to another charitable organization as mutually determined between the employee and the Association.
Association Obligations. A. There will be no strike, a work stoppage, slow-down or any concerted action or other interference with the operations of the District by the Association or by its officers, agents or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other employee organizations to engage in such activity.
B. The Association recognizes the duty and obligation of its representatives to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and to make every effort toward inducing all employees to do so. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slow-down, concerted action orother interference with the operations of the District by employees who are represented by the Association, the Association agrees in good faith to take all necessary steps to cause those employees to cease such action.
Association Obligations. The Association will pay for all repairs, replacement, and maintenance of all signage and speed humps to maintain compliance with the applicable standards set forth herein. All maintenance performed by the Association will meet the specifications of the codified requirements of the City related to traffic signage and speed humps in residential subdivisions. If the City determines that repairs, replacement, and/or maintenance are required, the City shall inform the Association in writing of the need for said repairs, replacement, and/or maintenance, and the Association shall commence said repairs, replacement, and/or maintenance within fourteen (14) calendar days of such notice and diligently pursue the work thereon, with completion thereof not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days.

A. Dues Year and Fiscal Year The Association shall notify unit members and the District of the dates of its fiscal year and its dues year.

3.2.1 Whenever there is an increase in Association dues, the Association shall provide the District with notification of the increase at a time sufficiently prior to the effective date of the increase to allow the District an opportunity to make the necessary changes in the payroll deduction system. Also, the Association shall provide written notification to unit members regarding any projected increase in Association dues.
