Notification of Selection. Urine specimen collection will be done at an employee's work location or, if not appropriate, a contract medical facility, only. The employee's immediate supervisor shall assist by arranging for employee(s) to present himself/herself for testing. The employee's immediate supervisor shall also assist by locating and securing restroom facilities that best meet the requirements of the collection procedure. Every effort shall be made by the employee's supervisor to ensure that said testing is handled on an absolutely confidential basis, both before and after the test is administered.
