Notification of Staff Reduction. 1. In the event the Board deems it necessary to effectuate a decrease in staff during or at the conclusion of any school year, the Board, as a courtesy, will attempt to give more than a thirty (30) calendar daysnotice of layoff to the affected employee(s). 2. If the Board makes budgetary decisions concerning layoff before the end of the school year, prior to which the reductions are to be implemented, the Board shall notify those employees that will likely be affected by such reduction. 3. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to notify affected employees by May 1st of the school year.

  • Dissolution and Termination (a) The Company shall not be dissolved by the admission of Substitute Members or Additional Members.
