Notification of Trip Cancellation. The administrator (Director of Transportation/Fleet Services or his/her designee) shall notify the bus driver and transportation aide of a trip cancellation two (2) hours in advance of a trip cancellation; the bus driver and transportation aide shall be compensated for three (3) hours at the hourly trip rate.

Notification of Trip Cancellation. Bus drivers shall be notified of any trip cancellation at least one hour prior to the time they are required to report for work. If a trip is canceled at the site, drivers will be paid for three hours of work at the overtime rate.

  • No Cancellation No Required Insurance policy may be canceled by either Party during the required insured period under this Agreement, except after thirty days’ prior written notice to the City by certified mail, return receipt requested. Prior to the effective date of any such cancellation Consultant must procure and put into effect equivalent coverage(s).

  • Cancellation of the Contract You are responsible for paying the full Contract Rate for the entire Contract Period, unless the Contract is canceled in accordance with one of the provisions below. Depending on when and how the Contract is canceled, you may owe the University a Cancellation Fee.
