Common use of Notification of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Notification of Union Representatives. NAV CANADA acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect employees as Union Representatives or Stewards. The Union shall notify NAV CANADA promptly and in writing of the names of its representatives, the respective dates of their appointment, their workplace jurisdictions, and the names, if any, of those representatives who are being replaced or discontinued. These workplace jurisdictions will reflect so far as possible the organizational structure of NAV CANADA.
