Notification to District. A unit member shall notify the District Human Resources Department of his/her intent to accept or refuse reemployment within ten (10) working days following receipt of a reemployment offer. If the unit member accepts reemployment, the unit member must report to work within ten (10) working days following acceptance of the reemployment offer.
