Common use of Notifying Emergency Contact Clause in Contracts

Notifying Emergency Contact. Regardless of age, by accepting this Agreement the Resident authorizes Student Housing & Residence Life to contact the Resident’s emergency contact, as provided through the residence application process, in cases where the Resident’s behavior is deemed to be a threat to the safety, security, and/or wellbeing of the Resident or other community members, or in the event of serious illness, injury or hospitalization.

Regardless of age, The Resident acknowledges that by accepting signing this Agreement the Resident authorizes Student Housing & Residence Life to contact the Resident’s emergency contact, as provided through the residence application process, in cases where the Resident’s behavior is deemed to be a threat to the safety, security, and/or wellbeing of the Resident or other community members, or contact in the event of serious illnessan emergency situation, injury or hospitalizationregardless of the age of the Resident, and as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Student Housing & Residence Life.
