Notifying Staff During Non-Contract Time. Teachers interested in being notified for site internal vacancies that occur after the end of the school year, may submit their name to the principal and SIC chair/designee before school ends. If an internal vacancy occurs, the principal shall notify the SIC Chair/Designee who shall notify these teachers. The teachers shall have three (3) working days if a weekend is included to notify the principal of their interest in the internal vacancy.
