Notwithstanding 7. 2.2 and 6.2.8 the Employer may require the Employee to provide a medical certificate or statutory declaration where the leave is taken in conjunction with any public holiday or weekend or where the Employer reasonably suspects the Employees of abusing their personal leave entitlements.
