NSP Gas. NSP Gas has taken a proactive approach towards mercury and actively removed mercury containing equipment from use because of the risks to human health and the environment. Knowing that equipment used in the metering of gas has the possibility of containing mercury, NSP has done a preliminary investigation of its gas operations to determine what types of equipment have contained mercury in the past and whether any equipment is currently in use that could contain mercury. Several of these devices and results of preliminary investigations are discussed below.

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures.

  • Electricity or gas Standard retail contracts apply to electricity and gas, but some terms may be expressed to apply only to one or the other. If we are your retailer for both electricity and gas, you have a separate contract with us for each of them.
