Common use of Number of Preparations Clause in Contracts

Number of Preparations. The School District shall make every attempt to limit the number of preparations a teacher/ancillary staff shall have in any given semester. The number of preparations shall be distributed as equitably as possible within a discipline. Teachers/Ancillary staff teaching in multiple disciplines shall have no more than four preparations unless prior agreement is made with the individual teacher/ancillary staff and the Association.
