Calendar Adjustments. The BOE shall have the right to adjust the calendar to make up school days missed due to weather or other emergencies.

Calendar Adjustments. The district calendar can result in annual variations to the number of workdays for 260 day employees. Appropriate compensation or time off will be provided based on the actual workdays in any given year. When it is necessary to call out district support personnel due to building usage on days designated as non-use days per the Board regulation regarding non-use days, the employee(s) required to report to the site will be compensated at double their hourly rate of pay. Calendar Adjustments. In the event the work calendar needs to be adjusted for less than twelve (12) month employees, the District will meet with the Association to determine when those days will be made up.

Calendar Adjustments. If the number of required instructional hours or days falls below the minimum required by the Oregon Board of Education for state funding support, the calendar shall be adjusted. The Association President and two representatives of his/her choosing shall meet with the administration for the purpose of making recommendations regarding calendar adjustment.If more than two inclement weather or emergency closure days are declared, those missed days beyond the first two days may be made up at the end of the school year in the District’s sole discretion.
