Common use of Nurse Mentor Pay Clause in Contracts

Nurse Mentor Pay. The Hospital shall pay a differential of two dollars ($2.00) per 17 hour to any nurse who is chosen and consents to serve as a nurse mentor as 18 defined in Article10.2.8 and has completed an approved nurse mentor training as 19 determined by the Hospital. The differential shall only be paid for actual mentor 20 hours and will be paid only to the assigned nurse mentor, which may be changed 21 from shift-to-shift depending on availability of the primary nurse mentor. A nurse 22 mentor will be responsible for mentoring only one nurse at a time.
