Extra Shift Bonus. 15.6.1 Employees working an extra shift as scheduled under Article 13.5 Extra Shifts shall receive a $5.50 per hour premium in addition to their base rate of pay:
15.6.2 The Extra Shift Bonus will be paid provided the Employee adheres to the following Employer policies: • The employee has signed up for the extra shift according to the provisions in Article 13.5. • The Employee works all of their scheduled shifts for the work week in which the extra shift occurs. • The Employee completes the Extra Shift Bonus Form incorporated in Appendix B and submits it to their supervisor within 48 hours of completing the shift or before the payroll close date, whichever is sooner.
Extra Shift Bonus. During periods of urgent staffing needs, as determined by the Employer, Employees who have been assigned and work a shift beyond their regularly scheduled shifts may be eligible for an extra shift bonus. Employees must work all scheduled shifts within the same pay period in order to be eligible for the bonus. The payment and amount of any shift
Extra Shift Bonus. Employees who work Employer designated shifts shall receive an Extra Shift Premium of five dollars ($5.00) per hour added to their base rate of pay for actual hours worked during the designated shift. An extra shift shall be defined as an employer designated shift that includes work time beyond a Bargaining Unit Employee’s regularly scheduled shift. This does not include shift trades between Employees. The employee will need to complete a written extra shift premium form made available by the Employer. Shifts that qualify for the Extra Shift Premium shall be clearly posted and marked as such as well as shifts which become vacant due to call-offs which the Employer determines to fill. Employer may cancel the bonus shift designation within five (5) calendar days of the scheduled shift if the Employer is able to hire additional staff to work the shift at their base rate of pay. In order to qualify for the extra shift premium, the employee must work her/his next scheduled shift, unless the employee is unable to work due to an excused absence as defined by the Washington Sick Leave Law.
SECTION 15.4: NAC TRAINING The Employer shall pay for the cost or any incurred cost of the NAC training course offered at the Employer's facility or at an off-site location as designated by the Employer. Student’s hours in the NAC Training course are unpaid.
SECTION 15.5: CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CPR TRAINING

SECTION 15.3.1: BONUS Full-time and part-time employees who work Employer designated shifts shall receive a Bonus Shift Premium of five dollars ($5.00) per hour added to their base rate of pay for actual hours worked during the designated shift. The employee will need to complete a written bonus shift premium form made available by the Employer. The form must be completed by the employee within 3 days of working a bonus shift. In order to qualify for the bonus shift premium, the employee must work their next scheduled shift, unless the employee is unable to work due to an excused absence as defined by the Washington Sick Leave Law.

Extra Shift Bonus. 17.1 A Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Imaging Techs (all modalities) who picks up a shift will be compensated $300 per twelve (12) hour shift. Certified Nursing Assistant; ED Technician; Cardiac Monitor Technician; and Phlebotomists (inpatient only); will be compensated $200 per twelve (12) hour shift. Partial shifts will receive a prorated bonus. Extra shift bonus is paid only after Employee works their entire regularly scheduled shifts and is in addition to any applicable compensation. Extra Shift Bonus. A nurse who agrees to cover an extra shift within twelve (12) hours of the start of the extra shift will receive a bonus. The Employer shall determine the amount of the bonus depending on business need and the duration of the shift. The Employer will disclose the amount of the bonus to the nurse before the nurse agrees to cover the extra shift. An extra shift for purposes of this Section is a shift that is not a scheduled shift for the particular nurse.
Extra Shift Bonus. Employees working a mandatory stay back or any portion thereof in excess of one hour will be paid an additional three dollars ($3.00) per hour, added to the hourly rate, for each such stay back hour actually worked. The Employer will notify the Union in writing of any new or modified incentives for employees to work stay back hours prior to implementation and, upon request, will bargain with the Union to create and/or clarify parameters of new incentive program(s) and/or modifications to incentives.
Extra Shift Bonus. Any bargaining unit employee (full or part-time status) who works beyond their regular scheduled shift (at the request of management) or signs up for an extra shift posted or offered by the Employer will receive an extra shift bonus of
1. The Employer will post a list of open shifts as soon as they become available by the time clock, with spaces for employees to sign up for those shifts. If more than one (1) Bargaining Unit Employee signs up for the same shift, then that shift will be assigned in rotating seniority order. (Once a Bargaining Unit Employee has received a shift in this manner in a given month, then that Bargaining Unit Employee shall go to the bottom of the list for receiving such assignments in all months.)
2. If no employee signs up for the shifts, the Employer will offer the shifts to employees through verbal or telephone contact, and will make all reasonable efforts to follow seniority, but may offer the shift to on-duty employees before calling off-duty employees at home. The Employer will maintain documentation of its efforts to contact off-duty employees for thirty (30) days.
3. If a shift becomes open within two (2) hours of the shift due to a call-out or other last-minute absence, the Employer may offer shifts in accordance with paragraph two (2) above.
4. If the Employer is unable to fill shifts in accordance with sections one (1) and two (2) above, it will offer shifts to on-call employees.
5. If the Employer is unable to fill the shifts in accordance with sections one (1), two (2), and three (3) above, it will assign non-bargaining unit staff to fill the shifts or may utilize agency personnel.
Extra Shift Bonus. Nurses who own a full or part-time FTE and pick up shifts 12 beyond their scheduled FTE shifts once shifts within three (3) months of the 13 schedule finalized will be incentivized with an Extra Shift Bonus of ten dollars 14 ($10.00) per hour worked.
