Common use of Objectives of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Objectives of Agreement. The fundamental objective of this Agreement is to create a framework in which to achieve the following goals during development work on the Project. (a) A safe and healthy work site where every employee can expect to work SAFELY and not be injured. (b) Effective employee relations, which deliver positive benefits to all participants in the Project. (c) To construct this Project as designed and in accordance with the specified standards of workmanship to meet or improve on the budgeted, cost and time schedule. (d) Value to the Owner. (e) Maximised productivity through motivation and effective teamwork. (f) Environmental awareness.
