OBLIGATIONS OF TOWN. TOWN will:
OBLIGATIONS OF TOWN. A. The Town shall allocate wastewater capacity for the Owner ERCs in the name of Owner and/or its successors and assigns in accordance with all applicable laws and Ordinances and the terms of the Agreements, as amended by this Amendment, through the Expiration Date.
OBLIGATIONS OF TOWN a. Undertaking: The Town does hereby undertake snow and ice control on County Roads, including town line bridges (except where the weight limits are restricted for the Town’s vehicle, when it will be undertaken by the County), within said Town, a total of 10.94 miles, as the same are shown on a map of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Road System, a copy of which is annexed hereto. The total miles to be subject to the provisions of this contract may change during the term of this contract or any extension hereof because of changes in the County Road System resulting from additions, abandonments, relocations, realignments or such other cause as may be deemed necessary by the County or it’s Superintendent of Highways in the best interests of the County.

OBLIGATIONS OF TOWN. The Town will assign an extra-duty police officer or officers in uniform to provide additional law enforcement on the premises of Purchaser for the event (“Event”) as described in Paragraph 3 below. The sole responsibility of the police officer while so assigned shall be to enforce the laws of the local jurisdiction, statutes of the State of Colorado, and other applicable laws during the Event.
OBLIGATIONS OF TOWN. 3.01 COOPERATION: Xxxx agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Consultant necessary to the performance of Consultant's duties under this agreement.
