Common use of Observation Procedures Clause in Contracts

Observation Procedures. 14.6.2.1. Nothing precludes evaluators from carrying out their normal supervisory responsibilities by observing the evaluatee's total job performance at any time. When classroom observations are being used as assessment techniques for a unit member whose performance is considered effective, the evaluator should notify the evaluatee when the observation is to be conducted, the method of observation, and who will do the observation. 14.6.2.2. The evaluatee shall provide the observer(s) with a brief outline of the lesson being observed and the assessment or observation method to be used to measure student achievement. 14.6.2.3. A written statement concerning each observation being used as an assessment technique will be prepared by the observer(s) within a reasonable period of time (approximately ten [10] workdays) and attached to the evaluation worksheet. A copy will be given to the evaluatee. 14.6.2.4. Upon receiving the observation statement from the evaluator, the unit member may attach a written response.
