Observation. The evaluator shall conduct one (1) thirty (30) minute formal observation during the school year utilizing Form D. The observation shall be arranged a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of ten (10) working days prior to the observation. The completed Form D and any working notes shall be provided to the employee within ten (10) working days of the observation.
