Common use of Observation Clause in Contracts

Observation. All employees and the Association recognize the right, duty, and responsibility of principals and supervisors to make periodic evaluations of the performance of employees. All monitoring and observation of the performance of the employee in his/her place of assignment shall be conducted openly and with the full knowledge of the employee.
