Observations and Observation Conferences. a. Non-permanent certificated employees shall be formally observed at least twice during the evaluation year. The first formal observation/conference will be held within the first forty-five (45) workdays of the school year. The second formal observation/conference will be held by February 15. One observation shall be scheduled and one or more formal observation(s) may be unscheduled.
