NAMED HOLIDAYS Sample Clauses
The Named Holidays clause defines specific holidays that are recognized and observed under the terms of an agreement. It typically lists particular dates or events, such as national or religious holidays, during which certain obligations—like work performance, service delivery, or payment deadlines—may be suspended or adjusted. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of which days are treated as holidays, thereby preventing disputes over scheduling, deadlines, or availability.
