Obtaining of Approvals. The Company will from time to time take all action which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective (a) any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and the CBOE or any successor United States national securities exchange and (b) any and all filings or notices under United States Federal and state securities laws, which may be or become required in connection with the issuance, sale, trading, transfer or delivery of the Global Warrant Certificates or the exercise of the Warrants.

Obtaining of Approvals. 21.1 The performance of this Agreement by the Parties is contingent upon the obtaining and continuance of such governmental approvals, consents, authorizations, licenses and permits as may be required or be deemed necessary by the Parties and as may be satisfactory to them.

This statement excludes any approvals that are customarily received after the date the party is making this statement.
Obtaining of Approvals. 19.1 The performance of this Agreement by the Terminal Parties is contingent upon the obtaining and continuance of such governmental approvals, consents, authorizations, licenses, and permits as may be required or be deemed necessary by the Terminal Parties and as may be satisfactory to them, and the Terminal Parties shall use all reasonable efforts to obtain and to have continued in effect such approvals, consents, authorizations, licenses, and permits.
