Occupancy Agreement Termination by the Student. The student may terminate this agreement by giving written notification to Housing & Residential Services under certain circumstances (see Section VII Occupancy Agreement Releases and Cancellations). If the student has occupied the assigned space, they must follow proper check-out procedures as published in the Residence Hall Policies and Procedures. Occupancy is defined by enrollment for the academic term or issuance/access to a specified room and does not require actual physical presence by the student and/or his/her possessions. Failure to check-out properly will result in a $25 administrative charge. Additional costs may be assessed for a lock recombination. The resident must follow the Housing & Residential Services cancellation process as stipulated to terminate their agreement.

  • Termination by the State The State or commissioner of Administration may cancel this Professional and Technical Services Master Contract and any Work Authorizations at any time, with or without cause, upon 30 days’ written notice to the Contractor.
