Common use of Occupations Clause in Contracts

Occupations. 5.3 If the Approved Sponsor wishes to increase the Nomination Ceilings in any year during the period of this Agreement as set out in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, they must provide the Department with the information detailed in Schedule 7. A departmental decision-maker will then assess whether the Department will agree to proposed variations to the existing agreement.
