Common use of OECTA Fees Clause in Contracts

OECTA Fees. 9.01.1 OECTA fees shall be deducted in the following manner: 1/20th of the annual fees from each of the first twenty (20) pays beginning with the full pay period for each school year. 9.01.2 The Board shall forward the membership fees on a monthly basis to the Provincial Office of OECTA or another organization if so requested by the Association. 9.01.3 The payment shall be accompanied by a list showing the names and dues deducted for each teacher.
