Common use of Off Property Premium Clause in Contracts

Off Property Premium. Effective September 1, 2007 the Company will pay a premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour for all time spent on Company business off Company property. Overtime rate shall not apply to the said premium pay. The off property premium does not include pick-up or delivery of parts or trucks.
