Common use of OFF SHIFTS Clause in Contracts

OFF SHIFTS. 9.01 The Company may operate off-shifts in any or all departments if necessary to comply with work requirements, and will compensate any employees engaged in such off- shifts by the payment of an off-shift premium in the amount of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour per shift. Such a premium shall be included in the hourly rate for the calcula- tions of overtime.
