RETARUS RESPONSE: Yes, Retarus supports and provides testing environments which are identical to production. But, testing and proof of concepts depend greatly on the use cases, however. For example, Faxing from e-mail can be set up simply to ensure a live/identical to production POC. This can be utilized in a way which does not involve actual traffic, and mimics the workflow functionality as intended. The same can be said of application based faxing, albeit in a slightly different way. A sandbox type Q/A / Test system is available to demonstrate how the product would work without affecting live, production traffic. Additionally, for large volume fax applications, Retarus provides a secondary test system which mimics existing network to provide stress testing, but does not actually affect other customers. This ensures that mistakes in testing do not, and will never, affect any other clients or any other live traffic.
Offeror must describe whether or not its computer applications and Web sites are be accessible to people with disabilities, and must comply with Participating entity accessibility policies and the Americans with Disability Act, asapplicable. RETARUS RESPONSE: Yes, Retarus provides services which are accessible to people with disabilities. Retarus will comply with participating entities and accessibility policies and American with disabilities act, as applicable. Retarus has attached an existing VPAT document as demonstration for their compliance.
Offeror must describe whether it can restrict visibility of cloud hosted data and documents to specific users or groups. RETARUS RESPONSE: Yes, Retarus provides a way to group users to provide limitations to documents, data, etc. One possible way to accomplish this would be utilizing EAS, Admins would group users into groups and set permissions on visibility and access. Among other things, as an example, you can specify at which workplaces Retarus Mail-to-Fax can be used. You can also block transmission to certain fax numbers which users of Retarus Mail-to-Fax will then be unable to reach. You provide us with all the settings and we will install and activate Retarus Mail-to-Fax for you. You will then receive an overview of setting options for Retarus Mail-to-Fax which you can adjust at any time at the Enterprise Administration Services (EAS) portal.

Retarus ensures that all facets of the organization is available in the event of any major or critical events, including support issues and implementation requests. Retarus operates a SPOC for all kinds of services requests and incidents. Every request is tracked via trouble tickets which are assigned to a service and the respective SLA of the customer. Escalation is triggered automatically.
