Offgas Particulate Tests. TSP matter will be quantified in accordance with EPA Method 5. The isokinetic tests will be performed every * hours. The EPA Method 5 sampling train will consist of a glass nozzle, a heated glass lined probe, a pre-weighed quartz filter heated in an enclosed box, a set of six (6) glass impingers connected in series, and a vacuum pump and dry gas meter. At the completion of each test run the sampling train xxxx be leak checked to ensure no leakage greater than 0.02 cubic feet per minute. The sampling train operating parameters will be recorded at each traverse point (i.e., temperature pressures and velocity head) on preprinted data sheets to be developed prior to the TSP test. After the post leak check, the sampling train components will be taken to the clean up area. The following is a description of the TSP sampling recovery procedures. Container 1 filter Container 2 acetone washings from nozzle, glass lined probe and front half of filter Sample containers 1 and 2 will be brought back to the Independent Testing Laboratory for gravimetric analysis. Minimum duplicate weighing (constant weight) will be performed on each sample fraction at ambient temperature and ambient pressure. No external heat will be applied to either the filter or acetone washings. All weighing will meet the criteria for constant weight measurements as specified in EPA Method 5. * The particulate size distribution in the gas stream will be measured with an Xxxxxxxx Xxxx III Cascade Impactor. The cyclone catch will be sent to an independent lab that specializes in particle size distribution analysis. Gas stream particle distribution and cyclone bottoms solids distribution test data shall be presented in a graph format for comparison to cyclone removal guarantee.

  • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.

  • Acceptance Testing The MCP must have the capability to report all elements in the Minimum Data Set as set forth in the ODJFS Encounter Data Specifications and must submit a test file in the ODJFS-specified medium in the required formats prior to contracting or prior to an information systems replacement or update. Acceptance testing of encounter data is required as specified in Section 29(a)(v) of this Appendix.

  • Stability Testing Patheon may be requested to conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees and during the time periods set out in Schedule C to a Product Agreement. Patheon will not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from Client. If a confirmed stability test failure occurs, Patheon will notify Client within one Business Day, after which Patheon and Client will jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the cause of the failure, including which party will bear the cost of the investigation. Patheon will not be liable for these costs unless it has failed to perform the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications, cGMPs, and Applicable Laws.   • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:

  • Project Management With respect to each Project Plan, each party will appoint a project manager who will be the party responsible for overseeing the Project Plan.

  • Testing Landlord shall have the right to conduct annual tests of the Premises to determine whether any contamination of the Premises or the Project has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use. Tenant shall be required to pay the cost of such annual test of the Premises; provided, however, that if Tenant conducts its own tests of the Premises using third party contractors and test procedures acceptable to Landlord which tests are certified to Landlord, Landlord shall accept such tests in lieu of the annual tests to be paid for by Tenant. In addition, at any time, and from time to time, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Landlord shall have the right to conduct appropriate tests of the Premises and the Project to determine if contamination has occurred as a result of Tenant’s use of the Premises. In connection with such testing, upon the request of Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord or its consultant such non-proprietary information concerning the use of Hazardous Materials in or about the Premises by Tenant or any Tenant Party. If contamination has occurred for which Tenant is liable under this Section 30, Tenant shall pay all costs to conduct such tests. If no such contamination is found, Landlord shall pay the costs of such tests (which shall not constitute an Operating Expense). Landlord shall provide Tenant with a copy of all third party, non-confidential reports and tests of the Premises made by or on behalf of Landlord during the Term without representation or warranty and subject to a confidentiality agreement. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly and satisfactorily remediate any environmental conditions identified by such testing in accordance with all Environmental Requirements. Landlord’s receipt of or satisfaction with any environmental assessment in no way waives any rights which Landlord may have against Tenant.

  • Stability During the Term, Seller shall conduct the commercial stability program pursuant to Regulatory Requirements applicable as of the Effective Date at its own expense. Should additional stability studies be required, the Parties shall agree, in good faith, upon the protocol, and associated charges, based on the then current charge rates for the staff services, with invoicing for such additional services to occur when the lot is placed on stability.

  • Financial testing The financial covenants set out in Clause 20.2 (Financial condition) shall be tested by reference to each of the financial statements and/or each Compliance Certificate delivered pursuant to Clause 19.2 (Compliance Certificate).

  • Tests Based on the AUPs, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall review the Required Documents to determine whether, for each Reviewable Receivable, (a) there was evidence that the applicable Test for such Reviewable Receivable was satisfied, (b) there was evidence that the applicable Test for such Reviewable Receivable was not satisfied or (c) the Test could not be completed as a result of missing or insufficient Required Documents for a Reviewable Receivable. Each Test shall be performed individually. The Asset Representations Reviewer may, at its sole discretion, review additional information that is not required for the Asset Representations Review as defined by the AUPs, but it is not required to do so.
