Test Data. Boeing will furnish to Buyer, as soon as practicable, flight test data obtained on an aircraft of the type purchased hereunder, certified as correct by Boeing, to evidence compliance with any performance guarantees set forth in this Agreement. Any Performance Guarantee will be deemed to be met if reasonable engineering interpretations and calculations based on such flight test data establish that the Aircraft would, if actually flown, comply with such guarantee.
Test Data. Maintaining test data will be the responsibility of Customer. Passers and macros will be performed by CSG at Customer’s request from time to time.
Test Data. During the test campaigns, the test data shall be made available to Inmarsat in real time. During spacecraft level testing, a terminal shall be provided in the integration and test facility to allow Inmarsat personnel to access spacecraft telemetry data in real time. In addition, it shall be possible for Inmarsat to monitor the spacecraft telemetry data remotely via data-lines during the spacecraft system test. Test data shall be compared with the expected values. The actual measured values of all parameters shall be recorded and made available to Inmarsat. Items which are outside the specified limits shall be clearly identified. All test data shall be provided to Inmarsat using a mutually agreed electronic media for off-line analysis. For each test at equipment, subsystem and spacecraft level, a subset of the measured data shall be entered into a trend analysis record; the parameters to be used for trend analysis shall be agreed on a case-by-case basis with Inmarsat. Mate/demate and Running Time Logs shall be maintained for all units. All test data shall be available and preserved for subsequent use during in-orbit testing and operation.
Test Data. Prior to shipping the Goods to Buyer, Seller will provide Buyer with material certifications, statistical process control data, and all required test data as specified on the prints or other technical standards, math data, drawings, designs, and any other information relating to the Goods that evidences Seller’s compliance with the specifications (including the Specifications), the Order, and these Terms and Conditions. Seller represents and warrants that all testing data and other items provided to Buyer will be true, accurate, and correct in all respects.
