Meaningful access definition

Meaningful access means client or member-centered access reflecting the following statute and standards:¶
Meaningful access means that a Covered Employee has a reasonable ability to utilize accrued Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave. An example of a reasonable policy is one that allows a Covered Employee to take Paid Leave a Friday seven days from the request.
