Common use of Office Space and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Office Space and Equipment. a. Government equipment will not be provided to employees for the purpose of conducting union business. However, in cases where a Union official already has been provided government equipment for conducting agency business for their position of record and normal work activities, such equipment may be used for Union representational activities as defined in 5.5.a., provided there is minimal cost to the Agency from such use.
