The employer shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that an employee who has held a position in the bargaining unit prior to any 1 September is provided with appropriate space and use of other facilities, services and equipment as required for the performance of her professional duties which is not less than that provided to the employee for a similar position when last held in the same Faculty/College.
