Official Announcements. The College shall make available to the faculty any official announcements coming to their attention of grants available to the faculty and of new legislation of interest to the faculty, and the Federation shall make available to the Xxxx of Academic Programs and Partnerships and the Director of Research and Assessment like information.
Official Announcements. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date (both dates inclusive) none of the Ninth Issuer, Funding or the Mortgages Trustee will, without the prior approval of the Underwriters (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), make any official announcement which would have an adverse effect on the marketability of the Ninth Issuer Notes.
Official Announcements. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date (both dates inclusive) none of NRPLC, the Master Issuer, Funding 2 or the Mortgages Trustee will, without the prior approval of the Lead Underwriters on behalf of the Underwriters (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), make any official announcement which would have an adverse effect on the marketability of the US Notes.

Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date (both dates inclusive) none of the Master Issuer, Funding or the Mortgages Trustee will, without the prior approval of the Managers (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), make any official announcement which would have an adverse effect on the marketability of the 144A/Reg S Issue 2013-1 Notes;
Official Announcements. All official announcements and other information of interest to bargaining unit members shall be posted on the school bulletin boards in a timely manner, with a copy furnished to the FR. The FR shall supply the supervisor of each school with an information copy of the Association newsletter and approved Executive Board minutes. Information to be posted and/or routinely provided to the FR does not include documents of a confidential nature and/or subject to privacy rights such as those dealing with labor relations strategy, management communications, and individual personnel actions or evaluations.
Official Announcements. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date (both dates inclusive) none of Halifax, the Issuer, Funding 1 or the Mortgages Trustee will, without the prior approval of the Representatives on behalf of the Underwriters (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), make any official announcement which would have a material adverse effect on the marketability of the Notes (other than an official announcement which may be required by law or regulation); provided that reasonable notice of the substance of any such official announcement which may be required by law or regulation and which may have a material adverse effect on the marketability of the Offered Notes shall be given to the Representatives as soon as practicable.

Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date (both dates inclusive), none of the Master Issuer, Funding or the Mortgages Trustee will, without the prior approval of the Managers (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), make any official announcement which would have an adverse effect on the marketability of the Issue 2018-1 Notes, save to the extent the Master Issuer, Funding and/or the Mortgages Trustee is required by law to make any official announcement, in which case the Master Issuer, Funding and/or the Mortgages Trustee, as applicable, shall deliver any proposed amendment or supplement to the Managers and give the Managers reasonable opportunity to review and comment on any such announcement;
