Officials Not to Benefit. The Individual Specialist confirms that no official of UNESCO has received from or will be offered by the Individual Specialist any direct or indirect benefit arising from this contract or the award thereof. The Individual Specialist accepts that breach of this provision is a breach of an essential term of this contract which renders this present contract liable for immediate termination, without notice or indemnity.
