On-Call Duty Call Out. (a) An employee who is required to report to a work site to commence performing assigned duties from on-call status shall be paid a minimum of the equivalent of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay computed from when the employee actually begins work. (b) The employee will not receive additional compensation if the employee receives additional call-outs during the same two (2) hour period, including the resumption of on-call duty.
