On-site Technical Service. If Nortel requests the on-site presence of a qualified Seller technical support representative at a Nortel location or customer site to diagnose and resolve a Problem, the supplier, after promptly verifying that remote fault resolution is not possible, will have a qualified technical representative available at the location or site within the shortest time reasonably possible. The supplier will provide such on-site service at no charge to Nortel, subject to the following: • If the supplier determines that the reported problems are Nortel specific with no supplier software causing impact; and/or • If the supplier determines that the reported problems are network specific with no supplier software causing network impact; and/or If the supplier demonstrates that there was no problem with the supplier software, then the supplier may invoice Nortel for the supplier on-site services at the rates set out in the applicable supply agreement. If the supply agreement doesn’t set out the applicable rates then the supplier may invoice Nortel based on supplier’s then-current professional services rates. On-site Technical Service. If Nortel Networks requests the on-site presence of a qualified Seller technical support representative at a Nortel Networks location or customer site to diagnose and resolve a Problem, Seller will make reasonable efforts to have a qualified technical representative available at the location or site within the shortest time reasonably possible; provided that Nortel Networks reimburses Seller as provided in section 1.2 of Exhibit C.
On-site Technical Service. If Licensor is unable to resolve a Critical or Major Defect at Licensor’s location, it shall provide on-site support by sending a qualified Licensor technical support representative to the applicable Licensee site to diagnose and resolve the Defect. Licensor shall make reasonable efforts to have a qualified technical representative available at such Licensee site within the shortest time reasonably possible provided that Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for reasonable travel and living expenses for Licensor resources that have to be dispatched from the United States to Canada and similarly from Canada to the United States. Licensee shall not be responsible for reimbursing Licensor for local travel required to fulfill the Licensor obligations under this Attachment C.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Use of Electrical Services by Tenant Tenant's use of electrical services furnished by Landlord shall be subject to the following:

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule. In the event of Jabil’s rejection of a proposed Build Schedule, Jabil’s notice of rejection will specify the basis for such rejection. When requested by Company, and subject to appropriate fee and cost adjustments, Jabil will provide Additional Services for existing or future Product manufactured by Jabil. Company shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Specifications [***].

  • Medical Services We do not Cover medical services or dental services that are medical in nature, including any Hospital charges or prescription drug charges.
