Common use of ON THE JOB Clause in Contracts

ON THE JOB. ARTICLE 4.1 SAFETY‌‌‌ Management will make every reasonable effort to provide safe working conditions, and the Union will encourage all employees in the Unit to perform their duties in a safe manner. Safety clothing and/or safety devices currently provided by Management will continue to be provided as long as the need exists. The Union will encourage every employee to utilize such safety clothing and safety devices to the extent possible.
